If your return is accepted, we’ll provide:

Important: Items returned without first contacting us will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is: Damaged. Defective. Incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned: Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants). Custom or personalized products. Personal care items (e.g., cosmetics, skincare). Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. 

We also do not accept returns on: Final sale items. Gift cards. Not sure if your item qualifies? Reach out to us.

EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt - no justification needed.
